Bio

My passion is to help my clients embed Data & Analytics into their organisation’s DNA. I understand that adoption is the key to reach such a goal. My past experience in strategic consulting paired with a solid technical background in data visualisation and ETL will allow me to help your businesses shape your analytics journey and implement the tailored technical solution.

 

My experience can be defined using 3 key pillars:

  • Solid consulting methodology & understanding of how businesses operate

  • Technical expertise in data visualisation, data wrangling, statistical analysis & ETL (Tableau Certified, Alteryx, SQL)

  • HR data specialisation

For several years, I worked for Deloitte UK as a Consultant and a Manager in the HR Analytics division. What I’ve learned from that experience is a thorough approach to understanding the needs of the business users, before designing the solutions.

In addition to my business background, I am an Advanced Expert of Tableau Desktop & Server (Qualified Tableau Associate Certification) and Alteryx ETL. I am comfortable with SQL scripts, Excel, statistical modelling and have basics in Python. I have been working on projects as both a Technical Expert and a Team Lead and can be flexible about my role, adapting to your requirements. 

 

Outside of work, I devote my time to learning and development. I recently have started a Financial Modelling certification path and I have a keen interest in the current economy, investment strategies and wealth preservation for regular citizens. 

Experience

KING.COM (ACTIVISION BLIZZARD) | June 2019 – April 2020 (CONTRACT)

TALENT ANALYTICS MANAGER & TABLEAU DEVELOPER 

My role was to help the client with talent data quality improvement & development of enhanced analytics capability within the Recruitment/Talent team. I successfully completed a transition roadmap from tactical reporting to a robust set of analytics tools, streamlining KPIs and visibility of the data to the hiring managers and business leaders. I designed and developed a set of dashboards in Tableau and Avature. I was responsible for managing the cross-company project team as well as performing hands-on technical tasks. I was reporting to the Head of Talent and the Head of People Analytics.

Example projects I worked on included:

  • Creating ETL process and merging the recruitment  data from Avature to Workday (over 15 mln rows of data across over 20 reports), feeding to a Tableau dashboard utilised by the group CEO, which significantly improved the time to insight

  • Building visually appealing Tableau reports tracking time to offer, time to hire, diversity & inclusion, conversion rates, quality of hires, increasing the transparency of the process

  • Forecasting the TA team capacity required to cover the future hiring plans, in collaboration with the finance department, helping to address the productivity gaps and plan the budget for the future recruitment team size

  • Campus recruitment impact assessment (Tableau and PPT presentation to the Head of Gaming)

EXAMPLE PROJECTS:

PROJECT LEAD - WORKFORCE MODELING & TABLEAU | DELOITTE (INTERNAL) 

 

I was a Team Lead of 2 Consultants (Data Modeler and Junior Tableau Developer), responsible for project scope, documentation, workshops and data collection.​ My role was to design and built the ETL process in Alteryx and a set of dashboards in Tableau to showcase the results of the workforce data modelling. In collaboration with the teams across Europe, we created a comprehensive report with analytics findings for the department leads, demonstrating the impact of the future of work transformation on the workforce structure. We have built dashboards in Tableau for the  HR Business Partners to track the progress against the plan.

HRIS DATA TRANSFORMATION MANAGER - ALTERYX | VODAFONE

The objective was to develop Alteryx workflows to transform the data migrated from the source system – SAP to SuccessFactors (EC and Compensation modules). I have built and automated over 40 different workflows, covering over 15 mln rows of data. I was leading a team of 5 consultants in Europe and APAC – managing workload, deadlines, supporting in technical challenges, providing feedback and goals. We helped the client to significantly improve the efficiency of the data transformation process and reduce the size of the team needed to service the future transformations (from 10 to 5 consultants)

CHANGE IMPACT CONSULTANT & TABLEAU DEVELOPER | AMERICAN EXPRESS

I was responsible for the design and build of Tableau dashboards to support the internal client change management decision making. I was working closely with the Senior Executives across Marketing and Sales and presenting actionable insights. I created a change management model in Excel to automate the production of pdf reports showing the forecasted impact of various platform transformations to the largest client's portfolio. Availability of these reports and the impact assessment available has resulted in estimated cost savings of £500m and improved the customer retention by 5%

ORGANISATION DESIGN MODELLING | JOHN LEWIS & PARTNERS

Future organisation design modelling in OrgVue software to support the development of the clients' Target Operating Model; the model included change impact assessment, sizing, cost savings, spans of control, succession planning and many more. I was leading workshops and 1-1 sessions with the department leaders to map the ‘as-is’ and to-be’ structure. The report, summarizing the impact of the future organization structure scenarios, was very well received and supported further extensions of the project to other departments. It gave visibility to the potential cost-saving scenarios based on the indication of inefficiency in the structure.

RECRUITMENT LEAD & DATA ANALYST 

I developed my career in HR team starting as a sourcing specialist, interim sourcing lead and senior recruiter and naturally progressing into my true passion - solving organisations problems using data & analytics.

I gained experience in recruitment programs and tools which helped me to establish and complete several analytics programs such as market intelligence survey, candidate satisfaction survey, retention of the top talent in EMEA, recruiter productivity and quality of hires.
